Stargate The Movie V.S Stargate-SG1 and Atlantis

Now Everyone has an favorite author or writer that produces Beautifully Crafted work. It could be an Star Trek novel, Forgotten Realms Novel or Even Screen writers who Write stories like Lost and Hero's. All these Writers Have one thing in common. They pull things From the knowledge they know and Develop stories based off them. Now whether they realize it or not. They are pulling Things from other Reality's from there subconscious mind. Remember The child part of the mind that finds Creativity and chaos in things.

Have you ever heard of an term called Spin-off. It's used to describe stories that are off topic but have some or part of the characters from the previous story. Like Stargate Atlantis In Which Atlantis Gate address is found By SG1 and the Exploration Team Takes the Series to an new Galaxy. Its Still the Same Stargate universe But in the Pegasus Galaxy.

It can also be used to describe an certain  turn events that Could have taken place. But didn't because it didn't Draw much interest into the story line. These are what I like to call Spin-off Writing. It's when another Writer Suggests an change in another writers idea about an story line. This alters the Realty the Main writers writing about.

 

A Great example of this is Stargate The Movie compared to Stargate-SG1 the Series. These Have Two Distinctly Different Story lines. One States that there is only Two Stargate's and that the Alien Ra' The Sun God (Which isn't even an Goa'uld like From the Series) Came to Earth and Found he could Easily manipulate Humans to Make them live longer as an host. Now Goa'uld  are Parasitic Creatures that don't have an Humanoid body of there own and take Human Hosts an control there mind and can even be used to steal knowledge from there hosts. But this Ra of the original Stargate universe Wasn't an small Parasite it was an full bodied parasite. Watch the very end of the movie when Ra' was Nuked.

OK, let us speculate an Reality if you will and lets make it 5 years from now. So 5 years from now how could the U.S Be Handling things? Well For one Our oil refinery technology is superior from the refinery's that were damaging the environment Back when our technology was less advanced. So if we were to make more oil refinery's now there would be more safety than 2 years ago. Well lets look at that reality. In that realty Oil wouldn't be exported to other countries. Because the oil refinery's would be buying it in the U.S. So the price of oil would go down to like $2 an gallon Would that be nice. But wait there's more what if we had access to all the oil in the U.S. and were refining it here in the states and selling it to our Gas stations? Wow I can imagine an $1 an gallon price. Oh thats not the only thing what if we had E-fuels mixed in with that price then It would save you even more money and gas.

But alas Were in an reality that bickers and complains and gets no where so in the end the U.S. will lose its Superiority and Become an third world country. Unless we do something about it.

Well for me it would depend on what reality that I change time in, because as you can See with Different Movies and books Writers in Science Fiction. The Rules that Define Time travel Vary in the way that they describe how time functions. When you think of Time Travel you think of terms Like Paradox's, Grandfather Paradox, Ripple Effects, and an vast array of terms that writers and theorist use to describe changes made to time. Now my View of time is this. I do not believe that if Someone went back and killed my family line on both sides of the family that I would Disappear in this Reality. I believe It would Create an paradox or the simple Fact is that the paradox was already there but the time traveler needed an way to go to that reality. So basically there are infinite number of realities in which I could or could not exists in varied forms. Creating a paradox is one way of reality travel because when you change history and go back to the future. you have not only traveled back through time to the future, but to another reality as well.

The main Truth behind things that I say Are they are Radical points of view and Traditional view points seem to have a faltering loss of words when reading things in this particular blog. Well there are movies out there that say altering your DNA can cause your mind to think differently well this is true but if you find out all the by products of molding one strands of code and make an new strand of code to preserve our thinking you could save millions and also over populate the world and there would be war because there are to many people in such close quarters.

But you see I am the type of person who likes my imperfections and my morality where others may not. I would not alter gods Design or improve on my DNA.
