The Energy types known in science as: kinetic energy the act of moving an object produces kinetic energy. Potential energy such as gravity pulling down on an object.
There are several types I will list: Heat energy, Electrical energy, Chemical energy, Light energy, and Nuclear energy.
If you were able to manipulate these forces at will using any combination of ways you can mimic any physical Device made.

I'm sure you understand the Tardis is a product of the Time Lords. I always wondered how they dealt with energy displacement in time. Doctor who never said.
